Cheap yet Chic Find: Dolce Vita for Target

In December I stopped in Target to pick up gift wrap and came across these fabulous boots...

What's even better? They were on clearance. As if I needed another pair of black ankle boots... but at $14.00 I could not pass them up! Plus they remind me of a pair of boots Caroline wore a few months back.
