After seeing this skull hair piece photo on Tumblr, I've decided that I NEED IT! If anyone could tell me who makes it... or where i can purchase a similar one it would be greatly appreciated! 

D.I.Y: Hair Feathers

What you Need:

• Dream Catcher (can be purchased at the local Dollar Store for $1)
• Bobbie Pins
• Scissors

What to Do:

• Cut feathered Strands from Dream Catcher
• Attach to Bobbie Pins with a simple Knot
• Clip desired amount into hair

Last week I got a hair cut that’s much shorter then I’m use to… but I NEEDED it! Maybe I’ll use this photo as Hair Inspiration
