D.I.Y: Hair Feathers

What you Need:

• Dream Catcher (can be purchased at the local Dollar Store for $1)
• Bobbie Pins
• Scissors

What to Do:

• Cut feathered Strands from Dream Catcher
• Attach to Bobbie Pins with a simple Knot
• Clip desired amount into hair
